Technician arrived as scheduled with 15 minute advance call. Very professional in appearance, manner and knowledge. Accessed problem and replaced frayed cables, made system adjustments all in less then 45 minutes. This contractor is heads above local Naples service that I've used previously. I definitely recommend their services

The service technician arrived on the early end of the estimated timeframe; but the particular model I would need was not on his truck. However, he immediately tried to secure one for me that day and when that did not work out, he scheduled the repair for the following morning and arrived promptly as promised. The service technician was professional and informative as to the features of my new opener. I would highly recommend Prestige based upon the quality service that I received.

This company is a rip off too expensive! Will never use your service again. For two springs you charged me $425. This should not have cost more then $200-$300. This was not emergency service they came the next day. Do not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!

(new opener was installed as 22 year old opener had no parts available. I was instructed how to use the new opener in a very respectful way. Would recommend this company as a 5 star!

Great service! This is the second time that I have called Precision to fix my garage door and again they were wonderful. They had a cancellation and were able to come the same day I called. Justin changed the springs in a very short time and was great explaining the difference between the types of springs and warranty. I would highly recommend them for garage door repair!

Really appreciated the same day service on my mother's home in Naples, FL. The service technician, Joe Askew, was terrific. Joe and his apprentice were in and out of the repair of the door and replacement of the tension cables in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased I went with Precision!! I also used Precision in SW Michigan for another repair two years ago that went equally well.

Travis & Justin arrive at time indicated. Indicated to them I had a beeping sound every so many minutes. They did take cover off and seen the battery backup (beeping sound was indication of battery going bad). They had to order a new battery backup since they did not have any in van. They came back next day and installed the new battery backup as promised. Both young men very polite and great to talk with.
